양자실험실은 누구나 양자역학을 쉽고 안전하게 배우도록 만든 교육 앱입니다. 저희는 사용자의 개인정보를 소중히 여기며, 꼭 필요하지 않은 정보는 모으지 않습니다.
1. 우리가 모으는 정보 — "거의 없습니다"
이름, 이메일, 전화번호, 주소, 위치, 사진 등 누구인지 알 수 있는 정보를 수집하지 않습니다.
회원가입이나 로그인이 없습니다. 서버에 계정을 만들지 않습니다.
학습 진행 상황(예: 완료한 실험, 읽은 개념, 퀴즈 기록)은 오직 사용 중인 기기 안에만 저장됩니다. 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
학습을 돕기 위한 익명 활동 기록(예: '몇 단계를 깼는지')을 기기 안에만 남길 수 있으며, 여기에는 누구인지 알 수 있는 정보가 들어가지 않습니다.
2. 정보를 쓰는 목적
학습 진행 상황을 저장해 이어서 학습할 수 있게 하고, 학습 경험을 개선하기 위해서입니다. 광고가 표시되는 경우에도 개인 맞춤형이 아닌 비개인화 광고만 사용하며, 마케팅 목적의 개인정보 활용은 하지 않습니다.
3. 인공지능(AI) 사용 여부
이 앱은 사용자의 정보를 외부 AI 서비스로 보내지 않습니다.
4. 광고와 외부 분석
이 앱은 Google AdMob 광고를 표시합니다. 광고는 화면 하단 배너 광고만 사용하며, 화면을 가로막는 전면(전체화면) 광고와 보상형 광고는 사용하지 않습니다. 실험을 조작하는 화면에서는 광고를 표시하지 않습니다. 광고는 비개인화 광고만 요청합니다(관심사 기반 맞춤 광고 없음, 광고 ID 미수집, 콘텐츠 등급 G).
현재 앱 안에서 판매하는 상품은 없습니다. 학습 콘텐츠(실험·개념·퀴즈·용어사전)는 전부 무료입니다.
외부 분석 도구(예: 구글 애널리틱스·페이스북 분석)는 사용하지 않습니다. 학습 활동 기록은 기기 안 임시 저장소에만 남고 외부로 전송되지 않습니다.
저희가 만든 다른 앱 소식을 배너로 보여드리기 위해 저희 서버(app-banners.moahub.co.kr)에 접속할 수 있습니다. 이때 개인정보나 학습 기록을 보내지 않으며, 앱 소식 목록을 받아오기만 합니다. 인터넷에 연결되어 있지 않으면 이 배너는 표시되지 않고, 그 밖의 학습 기능은 그대로 사용할 수 있습니다.
5. 제3자 제공
저희가 수집·보관하는 개인정보가 없으므로, 저희가 제3자에게 제공하거나 판매하는 정보는 없습니다.
다만 광고가 표시되는 경우, 광고를 송출하기 위해 Google AdMob(Google LLC)이 광고 요청 처리에 필요한 정보(예: 기기·네트워크 정보, 광고 ID)를 처리할 수 있습니다. 이때에도 비개인화 광고로만 요청합니다. 자세한 내용은 Google의 개인정보 처리방침을 참고해 주세요.
유료 기능이 제공되는 경우, 결제는 Apple App Store / Google Play가 처리합니다(9항 참조).
6. 보관과 파기
학습 진행 상황 등 앱이 만드는 데이터는 모두 기기 안에만 있습니다. 앱을 삭제하면 데이터도 함께 사라집니다. 앱 안의 '내 데이터 삭제' 기능으로도 지울 수 있습니다.
7. 이용 대상 연령과 아동 보호
이 앱은 만 12세 이상 학습자를 주 대상으로 권장하는 일반 교육 앱이며, 아동 전용(어린이 대상) 서비스로 지정하지 않았습니다. 스토어 콘텐츠 등급은 각 스토어의 등급 설문 결과에 따릅니다.
그럼에도 어린 학습자가 사용할 수 있는 교육 앱이므로, 만 14세 미만 아동의 개인정보를 수집하지 않으며 보수적인 광고 정책(하단 배너만·전면 광고 없음·비개인화·콘텐츠 등급 G·보상형 광고 없음)을 적용합니다.
앱에는 외부로 이동하는 링크(예: 다른 앱 안내)가 있을 수 있습니다. 어린 학습자의 경우 보호자의 지도 아래 이용을 권장합니다.
8. 보호자(법정대리인)의 권리
자녀가 사용하는 기기에서 앱을 삭제하거나 앱 안의 '내 데이터 삭제'를 사용하면 모든 데이터를 즉시 없앨 수 있습니다.

9. 결제

Quantum Lab is an educational app that helps anyone learn quantum physics in a fun, safe way. We respect your privacy and do not collect information we don't need.
1. Information we collect — "almost none"
We do NOT collect personal information that identifies a child: no name, email, phone number, address, location, photos, or contacts.
There is no sign-up and no login. We do not create server accounts.
Learning progress (e.g., completed experiments, concepts you have read, quiz records) is stored ONLY on the device in use. It is not transmitted anywhere.
We may keep anonymous activity records on the device (e.g., "which experiment was completed") to support learning. These contain no identifying information.
2. How we use information
To save learning progress so learning can continue, and to improve the learning experience. If ads are shown, they are non-personalized only; we do not use personal data for marketing.
3. Artificial Intelligence (AI)
This app does NOT send user data to any external AI service.
4. Advertising and third-party analytics
This app shows Google AdMob ads. Ads are bottom banner ads only — we use no full-screen (interstitial) ads and no rewarded ads, and no ads are shown while you interact with an experiment. Ads are requested as non-personalized only (no interest-based targeting, no advertising-ID collection, content rating G).
There are currently no products for sale inside the app. All learning content (experiments, concepts, quizzes, glossary) is free.
We use no third-party analytics products (e.g., Google Analytics or Facebook analytics). Learning activity records stay in on-device storage and are never transmitted.
To show banners announcing our other apps, the app may connect to our own server (app-banners.moahub.co.kr). We send no personal information and no learning records — we only receive the list of app announcements. Without an internet connection these banners simply do not appear, and every other learning feature keeps working.
5. Sharing with third parties
We collect and hold no personal information, so we share or sell none.
If ads are shown, Google AdMob (Google LLC) may process the information required to serve an ad request (e.g., device/network information, advertising ID). Even then we request non-personalized ads only. See Google's privacy policy for details.
If paid features are offered, payments are handled by the Apple App Store / Google Play (see section 9).
6. Storage and deletion
All data the app creates stays on the device. Deleting the app removes the data. A "Delete my data" option inside the app can also clear it.
7. Intended age and protection of minors
This app is a general-audience educational app recommended for learners aged 12 and older. It is NOT designated as a child-directed service; store content ratings follow each store's rating questionnaire.
Because younger learners may still use an educational app, we collect no personal information from children (including those under 13 (COPPA) or under 14 (Korea)) and apply a conservative advertising policy (bottom banners only, no interstitial ads, non-personalized, content rating G, no rewarded ads).
The app may contain links that lead outside the app (e.g., other-app announcements). For young learners, we recommend using them under parental supervision.
8. Parents'/guardians' rights
Deleting the app from the child's device, or using "Delete my data" inside the app, removes all data immediately.
