산책도감(이하 "앱")은 사진으로 동식물을 식별하고 나만의 도감을 만드는 서비스를 제공합니다. 회원가입 없이 이용할 수 있습니다.
2. 구독 (자동 갱신)
프리미엄 구독은 월 ₩2,900 또는 연 ₩19,900이며, 광고 제거와 AI 식별 무제한 이용을 제공합니다. 실제 가격은 App Store에 표시된 현지 통화 기준입니다.
구독은 자동 갱신됩니다. 현재 구독 기간 종료 24시간 전까지 해지하지 않으면 동일 조건으로 자동 갱신되며, 요금이 청구됩니다.
결제는 구매 확정 시 Apple ID 계정으로 청구됩니다.
해지는 기기의 App Store 계정 설정 → 구독에서 언제든 할 수 있습니다. 앱을 삭제해도 구독은 자동 해지되지 않습니다.
3. AI 기능·콘텐츠
식별·일러스트 등 AI 기능은 사용자가 선택한 사진을 처리를 위해 당사 서버를 거쳐 AI 제공자에게 전송합니다. AI 식별 결과는 참고용이며 정확성을 보증하지 않습니다. 유독성 동식물 등은 반드시 전문가·공식 자료로 확인하십시오.
4. 책임의 한계
앱은 "있는 그대로" 제공되며, AI 식별·정보의 오류로 인한 손해에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위에서 책임을 지지 않습니다.

Terms of Use (English)
1. Service
NatureSnap ("the app") identifies plants and animals from your photos and lets you build a personal field guide. No account is required.
2. Auto-Renewable Subscription
Premium is ₩2,900/month or ₩19,900/year (charged in your local currency shown on the App Store), removing ads and unlocking unlimited AI identification.
The subscription auto-renews unless canceled at least 24 hours before the current period ends; your Apple ID is then charged for renewal.
Payment is charged to your Apple ID upon confirmation of purchase.
Cancel anytime in App Store account settings → Subscriptions. Deleting the app does not cancel the subscription.
3. AI Features & Content
AI features send your chosen photos through our server to an AI provider for processing. AI results are for reference only and are not guaranteed to be accurate; always verify toxic or dangerous species with experts or official sources.
4. Disclaimer
The app is provided "as is." To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from AI identification errors or information provided.
