본 약관은 Moahub Labs(이하 "운영자")가 제공하는 면접운동 시리즈 앱(이하 "서비스")의 이용 조건을 정합니다. 앱을 설치·이용하면 본 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
서비스는 AI 기반 모의 면접, 예상 질문·개념 학습, 퀴즈, 학습 기록·분석 기능을 제공합니다. 무료 기능에는 일일 사용량 한도가 적용될 수 있으며, 한도와 제공 범위는 운영 사정에 따라 변경될 수 있습니다.
서비스의 피드백·해설·점수는 AI가 생성하며 부정확하거나 불완전할 수 있습니다. 이는 학습 참고용이며, 실제 채용 결과·면접 합격을 보장하지 않습니다. 중요한 의사결정은 이용자 본인의 판단과 책임으로 해야 합니다.
이용자는 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다: ① 서비스의 역설계·크롤링·자동화 접근, ② 서비스 콘텐츠의 무단 복제·재배포·판매, ③ 관련 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 목적의 이용, ④ 서비스 운영을 방해하는 행위.
서비스 및 서비스에 포함된 콘텐츠(질문·해설·디자인 등)에 대한 권리는 운영자 또는 정당한 권리자에게 있습니다. 이용자의 답변 텍스트에 대한 권리는 이용자에게 있습니다.
운영자는 무료로 제공되는 기능에 대해 법이 허용하는 범위 내에서 보증 책임을 지지 않습니다. 천재지변, 제3자 서비스(Apple·OpenAI·Google 등)의 장애 등 운영자의 합리적 통제를 벗어난 사유로 인한 손해에 대해 책임지지 않습니다.
운영자는 필요 시 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경 시 이 페이지에 개정 내용과 시행일을 게시합니다. 변경 후 서비스를 계속 이용하면 변경 약관에 동의한 것으로 봅니다.
본 약관은 대한민국 법률에 따라 해석됩니다. 분쟁은 민사소송법상 관할 법원에 제기합니다.

The Service provides AI-powered mock interviews, question banks, concept lessons, quizzes, and learning analytics. Free features may be subject to daily usage limits, which may change.
Premium is an auto-renewing subscription billed to your Apple App Store account. It renews automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in iOS Settings → Apple Account → Subscriptions. Restore purchases via the in-app "Restore Purchases" button. Refunds follow Apple's policy via Report a Problem.
Feedback, explanations, and scores are AI-generated and may be inaccurate or incomplete. They are for learning purposes only and do not guarantee any hiring outcome.
You may not reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate access to the Service; copy, redistribute, or sell its content; use it unlawfully; or interfere with its operation.
The Service and its content belong to the operator or its licensors. You retain rights to the answer text you write.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" without warranties, and the operator is not liable for damages caused by events beyond its reasonable control, including outages of third-party services (Apple, OpenAI, Google).
